The TITANIUM series was designed to give an automatic solution for filling and capping plastic and metal jerricans.

This machine is versatile, allowing packaging of a wide variety of liquids in jerricans in different shapes and sizes, according to customers' needs and requirements.

Products' movement along workstations is done by a chain conveyor, powered by a SERVO motor. The products are pushed and stopped in precise locations to dramatically decrease the transition time between products.

The TITANIUM series is easily adjusted to different jerrycan sizes or shapes with no major changes in the system.
It is very easy to operate and dismantle for everyday cleaning.

The line is highly suitable for a wide range of industries, including:

All models in this series are available with different workstations
according to product's features and customer's needs, as followed:
• Jerrycan loading/unloading system
• 1-6 filling nozzles
• Injection unit with a diving spout for foamy liquids
